Shipping policy
Shipping Policy – WG Patrick Studios
All products are made to order. Each item is produced individually when an order is placed and ships from our professional print and fulfillment partners.
1. Order processing time

Production time: Most clock orders are produced within 2–5 business daysafter payment is confirmed.

During busy seasons (holidays, major sales), production time may be slightly longer.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping regions and delivery estimates
We ship to:

Canada

Most international destinations (Rest of World)
Typical delivery time after production:

United States: approximately 3–10 business days

Canada: approximately 5–15 business days

Rest of World: approximately 7–21 business days
These time frames are estimates provided by our carriers and fulfillment partners. Actual delivery time may vary due to factors such as local postal service performance, customs processing, and unexpected carrier delays.
3. Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Destination country and region

Order weight and size

Shipping method and carrier available for that destination
The total shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.
In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately if they are produced at different partner facilities.
4. Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

An email with a tracking link (where available)

Basic shipment details such as carrier and tracking number
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the tracking email for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.
5. Customs, duties, and import taxes (international orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States:

Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may be charged by your country’s customs office.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

The customer is responsible for paying any additional customs or import fees required for delivery.
Customs processing can occasionally delay delivery beyond the estimated time frames.
6. Lost or significantly delayed shipments
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order appears lost:

Please contact us at info@wgpatrickstudios.com with your order number and any tracking details you have.

We will work with our fulfillment partner and the carrier to investigate.
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with neighbors and your local postal office first.

Contact us if you still cannot locate the package; we will do our best to help, but we are not responsible for theft or mis-delivery once a carrier marks an order as delivered.
7. Incorrect shipping addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us or to our fulfillment partner because the address was entered incorrectly or was incomplete, we may ask you to pay an additional shipping fee to resend the order to a corrected address.

Orders that cannot be delivered due to customer-provided address errors may not be eligible for a refund if production has been completed.
