Return & Refund Policy – WG Patrick Studios

All products sold in this online store are custom made to order. Your chosen designs are printed on items such as wall clocks, blankets, shower curtains, backpacks, and other décor and accessories only after you place an order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or personal taste. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and will replace or refund items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


1. Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your custom item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking confirmation).

  • Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and the packaging.

Once we review your request, we will:

  • Approve a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Approve a refund to your original payment method if a replacement is not possible.

We may decline a request if no photos are provided or if the issue appears to be normal wear-and-tear or damage after delivery.


2. Non-returnable items

Because our products are produced on demand, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of defect or damage on arrival:

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Orders where the wrong size, color, or design was selected during checkout

  • Color differences caused by screen or device settings

  • Normal variations in print position or color within industry standards

  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect the item itself


3. Lost packages

If a tracking number shows a package as lost in transit, contact us and we will work with our shipping partners to investigate. When a shipment is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or process a refund.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please first:

  • Check with neighbors or nearby units

  • Check with your local postal office or delivery point

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will do our best to help. We are not responsible for theft or delivery errors after the carrier has marked the order as delivered, but we will work with you to look for a reasonable solution.


4. Time window

All requests for damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or lost items must be submitted within 7 days of the date shown as delivered on the tracking information. After 7 days, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
